    Create beautiful edible art out of fruits and vegetables! Learn how to properly use a carving and paring knife to create unique patterns and designs. You will learn how to make leaves out of apples and cucumber, tulips out of radishes and cucumbers, dahlias out of melons and more! All supplies and handbook are included. Student will receive a Thai fruit carving knife to use in class and to take home.
